The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Provider (Blended Course) aims to improve outcomes for adult patients of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies through early recognition and interventions by high-performance teams. Through didactic instruction and active participation in simulated cases, students enhance their skills in the recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes.

PRE-REQUISITES

• Completed ACLS Pre-course Assessment. Passing score 70%.
• Completion of this Part 1 module, including passing of the written exam. Passing score of 84%.
• Valid BLS certification from Heart and Stroke Foundation (within 12 months at the time that you attend the part 2 in-person component).
