DESCRIPTION:Palliative Care – It’s Everybody’s Business\nA palliative approach to care provides support to those with life limiting illness and includes symptom management\, quality of life issues\, advanced care planning\, and discussions related to goals of care. Early palliative care is provided along side treatments to control disease and its complications.
