SUMMARY:Atlas CareMap Series: Helping Caregivers Map Their Care Connections
DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \nCaregivers are at the heart of our health system\, yet too many are navigating their role without the support they need. By mapping out their networks\, we can begin to identify strengths\, uncover gaps\, and have more meaningful conversations about support. \nJoin us for an upcoming workshop to learn more about Atlas CareMaps\, a simple\, visual approach to understanding caregiver networks. Presented with support from the Rexall Care Network\, this workshop will explore how CareMaps work and how they can spark clearer conversations about connection\, awareness\, and the realities caregivers face every day. You will also gain practical ways to introduce CareMaps in your own organization or community. \nAll Atlas CareMap workshops offer the same training\, so you can choose the session date and time that work best for you: \n\nMay 19\, 2026\, from 9:30–11 a.m. ET | Register here
