By mapping out their networks\, we can begin to identify strengths\, uncover gaps\, and have more meaningful conversations about support. \nJoin us for an upcoming workshop to learn more about Atlas CareMaps\, a simple\, visual approach to understanding caregiver networks. Presented with support from the Rexall Care Network\, this workshop will explore how CareMaps work and how they can spark clearer conversations about connection\, awareness\, and the realities caregivers face every day.
