In 2020\, Using Blood Wisely was launched to address this challenge\, setting national appropriateness benchmarks and supporting hospitals to improve transfusion practices. \nOn October 29 at 12 p.m. ET\, Choosing Wisely Talks will bring together hospitals and system leaders to discuss lessons learned from five years of Using Blood Wisely.
