DESCRIPTION:Join the BC Centre for Palliative Care for the next session in their All Together ECHO series\, “Empowering Palliative Patients and Families in BC: A Unique Palliative Navigation Program.” \nThis volunteer-based program has supported palliative patients and families from the Ismaili Community in the Lower Mainland since 2017.
