DESCRIPTION:The BC Centre for Palliative Care invites you to a session on the importance of palliative care for justice-involved individuals with serious or life-limiting illnesses.  \nReintegrating after incarceration is complex and requires a coordinated\, interdisciplinary approach. Access to patient-centred palliative care is essential for symptom management\, dignity\, continuity of care\, and social support. \nThis session will explore current community practices\, identify gaps and challenges\, and discuss innovative strategies to improve access.
