DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nAudience: family physicians\, hospitalists\, palliative care specialists\, mental health professionals\, pharmacists\, nurse practitioners\, registered nurses\, residents and students. \nOverview: This year we will be exploring challenges and strategies in delivering compassionate end-of-life care for the most vulnerable patient populations – including in unique settings such as ER\, prisons and unstable housing. We will also be reviewing innovative interventions including Ketamine and Psilocybin to address mood related issues in the palliative care setting.
