Joint Collaborative Commitees: Metis and Mental Health and Substance Use in BC

The Joint Collaborative Committees, in partnership with Métis Nation British Columbia (link is external) (MNBC), will host a panel comprised of MNBC health/mental health staff and Métis physicians to learn about harm reduction services that are provided to Métis citizens such as the Mental Health Navigator Program and the Counselling Connect Program.
There will also be a discussion around treatment navigation, including the lack of safety in health care settings for Métis citizens attempting to access care.
