Join the BC Centre for Palliative Care for the next session in their All Together ECHO series, “Empowering Palliative Patients and Families in BC: A Unique Palliative Navigation Program.”

This volunteer-based program has supported palliative patients and families from the Ismaili Community in the Lower Mainland since 2017. Afzal Mangalji will share the team’s key experiences and learnings and will review the unique tools that the program has developed to rapidly assess the supports required by palliative patients and their families.
