This session will focus on the unique needs of adolescents and young adults (AYA) with serious illness, exploring physical and psychosocial challenges, and developing age-appropriate care strategies to address their developmental, emotional, and existential concerns.

This one-credit-per-hour Group Learning program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada for up to 10.0 Mainpro+® credits.
