Description: Science has shown the brain to have plasticity. This presentation will focus on one such tool, a secular approach to mindfulness and mindfulness meditation. Click here to view powerpoint presentation.

We will share examples of communities of people who benefit greatly when key dimensions of equity-oriented approaches to care are considered.
