The Montreal Institute for Palliative Care invites you to the next session in their Community of Practice Series for Home Healthcare Professionals: “Invisible Suffering: Grief Among Healthcare Professionals Working in Palliative Care.”

Led by Dr. Marie Solange Bernatchez, Ph.D., this session will raise awareness among professionals working in palliative care about the repeated experiences of grief they are exposed to in their daily practice. The concepts of compassion fatigue and moral injury will be explored to better understand and acknowledge the impact of repetitive grief on health care providers. Reflective insights and practical strategies will be offered to foster emotional adaptation and support professional sustainability in palliative care
