PALLIATIVE CARE FOR ADVANCED NON-MALIGNANT DISEASES (PCAND)
The Palliative Care for Advanced Non-malignant Diseases (PCAND) is a community of practice of specialist palliative care providers who are providing care to patients with advanced non-malignant diseases in the ambulatory setting. The ambulatory setting presents an opportunity to engage specialist palliative care early, especially in the face of the unpredictable trajectories that characterize non-malignant diseases.
